Away from our managed sites we also have many opportunities for people who want to run their own sites as either a Tenant or a Lease holder.
For any potential Tenants Westbourne offer a 3 or 5 year tenancy to operators who wish to run the business as their own. The requirement to become a tenant is based on previous experience as well as completion of relevant paperwork which would include a business plan and a profit and loss forecast. The proposed Tenant must also show a clear understanding of the business and the working practises to run a successful business and the working practices of running a licensed outlet. We also recognise the need to nature new talent and we welcome applications from people who don’t have the required experience.
We also offer Leases and they are generally granted to a more seasoned operator that has a wealth of experience within the licensed trade. A lease is also offered against specific properties which in turn ultimately provides more security to both the company and the lessee/operator. Westbourne offer 10 year leases as standard but we will look to increase tenure dependant on both the operator and the property itself.
